Dr Pamela-June Weatherill is a leadership and life coach, writer and the founder of the Cloacina Collective, an intellectual and practice-based platform dedicated to the unseen work that sustains people, leadership and systems.

She works with people who carry significant responsibility — in organisations, communities and families — and who are navigating complexity, transition or the call to live and lead in a more conscious and sustainable way. Her coaching integrates deep reflective practice with clear, strategic movement, supporting clients to align who they are with how they live and work.

Pamela-June’s professional background spans senior management and human resources, where she led across workforce, organisational and cultural change. This experience informs her practical understanding of authority, burnout, ethical leadership and the structural realities that shape people’s working lives.

Her approach is relational, culturally aware and inclusive, and she works within a consciously rainbow-affirming framework.

She holds a PhD in Metaphysics with a specialisation in Holistic Life Coaching, along with university qualifications in social science, human resources, and higher education and training.

The Cloacina Collective is the home of Pamela-June’s thought leadership, writing and frameworks.
It explores the hidden labour that prevents breakdown, enables transformation and allows individuals and systems to flourish — the work that is essential, often unrecognised, and rarely resourced.

Through essays, programs and scholarship pathways, the Collective extends access to this work beyond private coaching and contributes to a wider conversation about sustainable leadership and purposeful living.

Based on Tamborine Mountain in Queensland, Pamela-June works with clients across Australia and internationally.
