How this coaching works
Coaching is a collaborative thinking partnership.
It is not mentoring, therapy or consulting. Rather than providing advice or predetermined answers, coaching creates the conditions for clear thinking, honest reflection and meaningful action.
This work is reflective and intellectually engaged rather than prescriptive. It suits people who want to think carefully about complex questions rather than receive formulaic advice.
All conversations are confidential, thoughtful and focused on what matters most in your life, leadership or work.

Coaching Format
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and conducted online on Zoom.
Some clients work with me briefly around a specific decision or transition, while others engage over a longer period of reflective leadership development.
A 20-minute discovery conversation is available to determine whether the work is a good fit.
