My coaching sits at the intersection of leadership, responsibility and the unseen work that sustains people and systems.

Across organisations, communities and personal lives, much of what holds things together happens beneath the visible role — in the relational, emotional and ethical labour that is rarely acknowledged yet shapes outcomes profoundly.
